2. About New World Precious Metals

New World Precious Metals is a Canadian gold and silver bullion brokerage with its head office in Calgary, Alberta. We are an approved brokerage firm for Precious Metals International, Ltd. (PMI) and a partner of Questrade. Bullion transactions, storage, and registered accounts are governed by the applicable PMI and/or Questrade Customer Account Agreements, not by these website terms.

3. Informational purposes only, not investment advice

The content on this site, including articles, guides, prices, and educational material, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Owning precious metals carries risk, and the decision to buy or sell is solely yours. 4. Prices and orders

Prices displayed on the site are indicative and may vary based on the actual time an order is placed and confirmed. All orders are Final Sale and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Customer’s Account Agreement with Precious Metals International, Ltd. and New World Precious Metals. Broker commissions charged by New World Precious Metals are a maximum of 5% of total market value on purchases and 3% on sales. Fabricated products are from Hallmark Refineries or Government Mints and are subject to availability. Your broker confirms current pricing and availability before you order.

5. Accounts and portals

Access to the client portal and the affiliate portal may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

6. Affiliate program

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval and to any additional program terms provided to affiliates. Affiliates must promote New World Precious Metals honestly and lawfully, must not make misleading claims, and must not use spam or deceptive practices. Commissions are payable on qualifying referrals as set out in the program terms.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, are owned by or licensed to New World Precious Metals and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without our written permission, except as expressly permitted (for example, approved affiliate materials used as provided).

8. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites and services (such as PMI, Questrade, mapping, or price data). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information (including prices) is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, New World Precious Metals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
